International Students Medical Association of Pilsen (ISMAP) / President

2016-2018, Charles University of Prague, Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen

Duties included but not limited to:

  • To Chair the ISMAP Team’ monthly meeting (10 times a year)

  • To regularly obtain feedback from students

  • To attend academic/faculty board meeting with the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine (3 times a year)

  • To lead ISMAP’s department and represent ISMAP at regional student meetings

  • To meet regularly with key stakeholders from the University and local community.

  • To maintain your personal and official ISMAP’s  email account, replying to emails and queries as and when they come in.

  • To work with the marketing team to actively promote yourself via social media through official channels

  • To encourage students to be actively involved with the democratic and election processes

  • To ensure Student Ideas are taken forward and actioned wherever possible.

  • To ensure the completion of points raised in your manifesto and that of your team members.

  • To support activities such as Open Days, Freshers’ and official ISMAP Events

International Students Medical Association of Pilsen (ISMAP) / Head of Sports

  • To organise and host regular weekly sport sessions of various sports (football, basketball, volleyball)
